If your teachers are reviewing their training and receive mentoring, and all your at risk first graders are receiving a more intensive program in a smaller class, your will see an increase in literacy levels to in some cases over 95%. - Include methods to reach this goal (science-based structured literacy programs with instruction with fidelity/mentoring)
